What is your pricing?
We offer a bespoke service to our clients to match your needs and requirements. Sometimes the job or production is only small, on the other hand, it can be particularly large. So, get in contact with us to get an accurate quote based on what you are looking for.
Do you just cover weddings only?
Not at all! We also cover: pre-weddings, birthdays, engagements, religious functions, charity work, commercial work (Asian TV channels, corporate/music videos) and various other functions that can range from short periods such as 2-5 hours. Get in contact if you are unsure about the type of function you are hosting, no job is too big or too small for Bill Media.
When will we receive our wedding pictures?
You can receive all the unedited images in JPEG form within a week. However, the edited pictures as well as the storybook, album and video will take between 6-8 weeks.
Do you provide wedding video services?
Absolutely! We have 25 years ongoing experience in wedding videography which has been our forte for much of our business years.
When will we receive our wedding video?
A fully edited HD version on a Blu-ray disk and/or USB you will receive between 4-8 weeks depending on the size of the job. However, we do guarantee no longer than 8 weeks for all jobs.
How many photographers/videographers will be there?
This is solely dependent on the size of the job; it could be 1 photographer/2 videographers for a small production. On the other hand, it could be 4 videographers/2 photographers for a larger production. If cranes or drones are required, then the right personnel are used for this. Rest assured, all of our camera crew are extremely professional and aim to stay out of the way as much as possible to ensure your day is relaxed and you get the most out of it.
Where are you based?
Our head office/studio is based on Soho Rd in Birmingham; however, we do have a secondary office in Wolverhampton too. Nonetheless, we have covered the whole of the UK.
Are we able to view your work beforehand?
Absolutely! Navigate to our photography and cinematography sections to have a look at previous work or click the link to our YouTube channel for more content. Alternatively, if you wish to see more current expanded work, get in contact to arrange a visit to the studio where we would be happy to show you through.
Where can you travel to?
Anywhere and everywhere. Nothing deters us from travelling the world to the destination of your choice. If you have a requirement for a particular destination, please get in contact and we will be happy to arrange a bespoke booking to accommodate.
How do we finalise the booking?
Pop in to our main Birmingham based office or get in contact via email/phone. We ask for a deposit of 1/3 of the agreed quote, 50% payment on the day of the event and the remaining sum on the delivery day of the end product.
